Rich and creamy pistachio milk ice loaded with finely chopped pistachios. Super refreshing, and perfect for fruit salads or gluten free polenta sponge.
In a food processor, blend the nuts, sugar and milk powder for 1 minute.
Once blended, add to your milk and mix well.
Pour into silicone moulds and place in the freezer for 1 hour or until frozen.
Once completely frozen, pop out from the moulds and serve with whipped cream, poached pears, orange zest and orange polenta sponge.
