The World’s Healthiest Smoothie

Whether you like to workout, or just stay healthy. This tasty smoothie has got SIX of your five a day!

 1 Banana
 1 Apple
 1 Handful - Frozen Berries
 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
 1 Handful - Spinach
 1 Glug - Orange Juice
 1 Glug - Coconut Water
 2 Scoops - Banana Protein (V)

Chop banana.

Chop apple.

Put two scoops of protein in mixer.

Add two table spoons of flax seeds in mixer.

Throw in a handful of frozen berries.

Now add in a 'glug' of Orange Juice (fill a little less than half way up the mixer).

Add in another 'glug' of coconut water (you should now be up to half way in the mixer).

Grab a generous two handfuls of Spinach (you might need to squeeze it in the mixer at this stage).

Start the first mix on your machine.

Once finished, open up lid and add in chopped banana and apple.

Take off lid, sip and enjoy the taste of pure health!
