Rich in amazing earthy flavours with an incredible creamy texture. Perfect with steak, pasta and chicken.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a saucepan, add the mushrooms and parsley, and sauté for 4 minutes.
Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
Add the white wine and simmer for 3 minutes.
Then stir in the double cream and season well with salt and black pepper.
Serve with steak or mushroom wellington.
