This is a delicious fruit salad that can be enjoyed for breakfast or served as a refreshing pudding. Use a serrated knife to cut away the pith from the fruit.
4 oranges, peeled, pith removed and cut into thick slices
1 large grapefruit, peeled and cut into segments
2 tangerines or clementines, peeled, pith removed and cut into segments
4 crushed black peppercorns
Mint leaves
Yoghurt or crème fraiche

Divide the fruit between plates. Crush the black peppercorns and sprinkle over the fruit with the mint leaves.
