These mocktails are perfect for parties, and as they don’t contain any alcohol, they’re great for adults and children alike.

Here are six fun mocktails which are sure to get your party started!

Candy Apple Punch

Mix together a cup each of cranberry juice, apple juice and cold water with half a cup of lemonade. Drop in five boiled sweets (we love mint or butterscotch) and chill until the sweets have dissolved. Serve with ice and fresh apple slices.

Frosted Orange Smoothie

Blend together one cup of slightly-thawed 100% frozen orange juice, a cup of water and a cup of milk with 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence. With the blender still running, add 10 ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately. If you don’t want to use orange juice, opt for the same volume of crushed orange juice lollies instead.

Frozen Hot Chocolate

Mix 2-3 teaspoons servings of drinking chocolate with a cup of warmed milk until smooth. Blend it with half a cup each of milk and single cream, 1/3 cup of chocolate syrup and 4 cups of chopped ice until completely smooth. Serve immediately topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and chocolate flakes.

Hawaiian Punch

Mix together a cup each of pineapple juice and tropical juice with two cups of ginger ale (you can use lemonade or limeade if you prefer). Add slices of citrus fruits and pour over ice.

Watermelon Slush

Cube a small watermelon and remove the seeds, then freeze. Once fully frozen, blend with 21/2 cups of almond milk until smooth. Serve garnished with mint.

Ombre Grapefruit Mocktail

Pour half a cup of grapefruit juice over ice cubes in a tall glass. Add two tablespoons of sugar syrup and then top each glass up with a mix of lemonade and limeade. Stir in a teaspoon of Grenadine and serve.

To make your own sugar syrup, add 50g of caster sugar in 60ml of water and gently boil until it has dissolved. Leave to cool before using.
