Thick and gooey brownies which have a crispy cracked top, ooey gooey fudge middle - super soft and easy to make.
1 ¼ cups Nutella or hazelnut spread
2 Eggs
½ cup Plain flour
¼ tsp Kosher salt
⅓ cup Chopped Hazelnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Lightly spray an 8x8" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or use melted butter.

Beat the eggs in a bowl until combined. Add nutella or chocolate-hazelnut spread and beat until smooth. Add flour, hazelnuts (optional) and salt and mix well, scraping down sides of bowl as needed, until well combined.

Pour into the prepared dish; smooth the surface with a spatula. Bake brownies for 25–30 minutes. Let cool, then cut into 9 pieces and serve.
