A spicy ginger kick with the light fruit and herb flavor of the Pimm's liqueur. Serve with a little fresh fruit and a few sprigs of mint. Perfect for a summer BBQ

 125 ml Ginger ale
 25 ml Pimm's
 4 strawberries, cut into quarters
 ¼ cucumber, quartered
 ½ Orange, sliced finely
 2 pinches Mint

Pour the Pimm's in the serving glasses. Pour over the ginger ale and serve with ice, fresh fruit and mint.
