Cape Cosmo

 

Ingredients:

  • 45ml The Berry Company Cranberry Juice
  • 30ml Cape Fynbos Gin (or any Fynbos based gin)
  • 30ml Tripe Sec (or Cointreau)
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 1 Wheel of Lime to Garnish

Instructions:

Based on a classic Cosmopolitan; shake all ingredients together with lots of ice. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a wheel of lime.


 

The Reverends Negroni Fizz

 

Ingredients:

  • 30ml The Berry Company Cranberry Juice
  • 30ml Winter Gin Liqueur
  • 20ml Gin
  • 30ml Campari
  • 5ml Rosemary Syrup
  • Top it off with Club Soda and a Citrus Twist

Instructions:

Pour both gins, Campari, cranberry juice and rosemary syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice and stir until cold. Strain into a coupe glass, top with club soda and garnish with a citrus twist.


 

Bellini Date

 

Ingredients:

  • 70ml The Berry Company Blueberry Juice
  • 5ml Date Syrup
  • 100ml Wild Life Botanicals Sparkling Wine
  • 4 Fresh or Frozen Blueberries to Garnish

Instructions:

Add the date syrup and blueberry juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and stir. Strain in to a coupe glass and top with sparkling wine.


 

Christmas Honey Margarita

 

Ingredients:

  • 100ml The Berry Company Cranberry Juice
  • 30ml @1800TTequillaUK Anejo
  • 20ml @CazcabelTequilla Honey Liqueur
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 25ml Curacao or Triple Sec
  • A Pinch of Sugar and Dried Petals for the Glass Rim
  • 4 Frozen or Fresh Cranberries to Garnish

Instructions:

Run a wedge of lime around the edge of the glass. Dip it in sugar and crushed dried petals. In a shaker with ice, combine all liquid ingredients and shake well. Strain into a glass. Garnish with cranberries.


 

Yuzu & Lime Makes Me Feel Fine

 

Ingredients:

  • 20ml The Berry Company White Tea & Peach Juice
  • 60ml Tarquins Yuzu & Lime Gin
  • 2tsp Caster Sugar
  • 7ml Yuzu Sake Liqueur
  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions:

To create the syrup: Heat the white tea and peach juice and caster sugar slowly until the sugar has dissolved. Take off the heat and cool fully. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.


 

Let’s Goji

 

Ingredients:

  • 150ml The Berry Company Goji Juice
  • 50ml Gin
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Passionfruit to Garnish

Instructions:

Add all ingredients into a shaker, dry shake to mix thoroughly – then shake again with ice to chill! Strain into a coupe glass, enjoy.


 

Just Be You!

 

Ingredients:

  • 70ml The Berry Juice Company White Tea & Peach Juice
  • 45ml @MementoDrink Non-alcoholic Spirit
  • 15ml @Monin_UK Elderflower Syrup
  • 15ml Pineapple Stock
  • Dash of Tonic Water
  • Dehydrated Violas to Garnish

Instructions:

Add the White Tea & Peach Juice, Spirit, Syrup and stock to a shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously and pour into a highball glass filled with ice. Top off with a dash of tonic, garnish and toast with a friend!


 

Tropical Fires

 

Ingredients:

  • 100ml The Berry Company Goji Berry
  • 50ml Pineapple Juice
  • 25ml @WilliamFoxUK Passionfruit Syrup
  • 50ml @MementoDrink Alcohol Free Syrup
  • 15ml @Fleure_Drinks Smoked Agave Non-Alcoholic Spirit
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Pour into a glass and garnish with pineapple fronds.
